Scott Barr, Steward. Scott is committed to building a team that delivers
"The Ultimate Client Experience" on each and every project. His first job in the
home improvement industry was when he was 13 years old, and has been with Southwest
Exteriors since 1990. While exceeding our clients' expectations, Scott is also continuously
working on developing a team of leaders, who are challenged and excited about their
work. When asked what he enjoys the most about his position as head of Southwest
Exteriors he said, "Hearing from clients that have become raving fans of our company
because of our commitment to client satisfaction before, during, and after their
projects." In Scott's free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sherolene,
and their sons, Sammy and Sawyer. His desire is for the business to be a ministry
that glorifies God and wants to continue to support other ministries by building
a successful enterprise. |
![]() Brian Schroller, Team Leader. With 22 years in the banking industry, Brian Schroller recently joined Southwest Exteriors' team to manage and direct employees both spiritually and professionally as they build a center of excellence in the home remodeling industry. In addition to leading the business direction set for Southwest Exteriors, Brian will be developing Our Father's Business, a new faith-based business model that channels a percentage of profits to charitable causes selected by employees. The goal is to take best practices and apply these to nonprofit ministries and other small businesses to help them prosper. Prior to joining Southwest Exteriors, Brian held the position of Senior Vice President Portfolio Investment Manager at Frost Bank. He received a BBA in Finance and Economics from Baylor University. |
Ryan
Houchen, Exterior Designer became part of the Southwest Exteriors team
as an Exterior Designer in 2009, coming to us with over 13 years of experience in
sales and management in the customer service industry. The enthusiasm and experience
he brings make him a very valuable part of Southwest Exteriors. He and his family
have been in San Antonio since 2007 and have been extremely happy with calling San
Antonio their home. Ryan and his beautiful wife, Donna, come from California and
have two daughters, Ava and Ella. In his free time Ryan enjoys umpiring college
baseball, playing golf, and mountain biking. He and his family are active members
of Rockhills Church here in San Antonio and enjoy helping with teaching Sunday school
and other volunteer efforts in the community.

Frazier, Exterior Designer joined Southwest Exteriors in 2005 with
over 13 years of experience as a siding and window specialist. He started his career
with a national retailer in their siding and window division at the age of 22 after
attending Ohio State University. He believes in educating each prospective client
on all of their options and letting them choose what is best for their particular
needs. Scott also has very creative recommendations on exterior style and color
combinations for every situation. Scott has lived in Texas for 13 years, and has
been married to his lovely wife Tanya since 1994. They have two wonderful children,
Ethan born in 2002 and Grace born in 2005.

Jim
Sublousky, Project Manager started with Southwest Exteriors as the
Windows and Door Manager in January 2006, bringing over 27 years of experience in
both siding and windows. He works closely with clients, informing them on all aspects
of their window and door installation. His duties include measuring, scheduling,
and managing all installation crews with great pride and diligence. He credits his
drive and determination to doing the best job possible to his parents, Command Sergeant
Major (Ret) John & Jeanne Sublousky. He also knows behind every good man is a great
woman; in his case there are three: his lovely wife, Sherry, and daughters, Savannah,
born 1992, and Sadie, born 1994. His favorite past times are listening to his daughters
play violin in concerts and church orchestra. He and his family attend Thousand
Oaks Christian Church.

Debra
Nolen, Project Manager has been with the company since 1995. She started
as Production Assistant and has since worked in every department gaining valuable
knowledge in every aspect of the business. Her favorite part has always been in
building relationships with our clients. Her current position of Loyalty Builder
was created in order to allow her to focus on cultivating those relationships. Debra
assists clients with any service or warranty need, and also serves as our company
liaison for many of our ministry and community partners. She feels blessed to be
the mother of 2 fine young men, Gabe and Caleb and a beautiful young lady, Stephanie.

Maurine
Molak, Administration Leader joined the Southwest Exteriors team in
2010 as the Accounting Administrator and shortly thereafter, assumed the position
of Admin Team Leader. Maurine graduated from Incarnate Word University with a BBA
in Finance. She brings to Southwest Exteriors many years of accounting, supervisory,
process and procedure development and implementation experience. She is excited
to bring her technical gifts to an organization that strives to glorify God through
its interactions with clients and other associates. Maurine’s dream is to use her
relational experience, developed while working in faith based organizations, to
help build Our Father’s Business. Her objective is to share best practices with
other contracting businesses and encourage them in their goal of equipping team
members to live the life they were created to live. Maurine, a San Antonio native,
has been married to Matt for over 22 years and they are blessed with three sons,
Cliff, Chris and David. |

Carranza, Production Administrator became part of the Southwest Exteriors
family in October 2007 and quickly worked her way up to Office Administrator. She
brings more than 13 years of experience in customer service and executive support
to the company. She prides herself in providing our clients with a positive experience
that separates Southwest Exteriors from other remodeling companies. She has been
married to her husband, Charles, since 1997, and together they have three handsome
and energetic boys: Charlie, Jr., Anthony, and Alex. She enjoys listening to her
three gifted sons play the violin, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, drums, and piano.
Above all, Ana enjoys cheering and supporting all three boys in their athletic activities.
She and her sons attend First Assembly of God Church.

Jones, Contact Center Leader Austin came on board with Southwest Exteriors
in February of 2011. Bringing a wealth of customer service experience in the financial
industry, Austin is here to serve you. One thing that brings him great fulfillment
is to help others meet their needs. Looking to schedule a consultation? Call and

up in the Boerne area, living in Austin while receiving a BBA in Marketing from
the University of Texas, and has now settled here in our great city. Austin enjoys
mountain biking at area parks, spending time with friends and family, and serving
at his local church, Grace Avenue Church.

Rattray, Marketing Administrator joined the Southwest Exteriors team
in July of 2011. Her career experiences have included both classroom teaching and
administrative assistance in the manufacturing industry. She is passionate about
blessing others with excellent service and an understanding of their individual
needs, so she has quickly fit right in to the culture here at Southwest Exteriors.
Leah has been married to her wonderful husband Alex since January of 2009, and together
they love serving at Tower City Church in a variety of different capacities, particularly
the youth ministry and worship team. She also enjoys praising the Lord through music,
theatre, dance, movies, reading, and spending time with friends and family. |
