
Punchlist Technician

Southwest Exteriors is hiring now and looking for someone who can identify and complete Punchlist tasks for residential window and door installations and James Hardie siding projects. This position is full-time.
Desired Skills
- Must have strong carpentry skills and experience
- Construction problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with power tools
- Ability to do ladder work - both extension and step ladders
- Ability to work outside and tolerate exposure to head, sun and cold
- Painting (interior and exterior) is a plus
- Mortar
- Minor tile repair and grout
- Caulking
Qualifications
- Must have current, valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen and Background Check done.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be 18 years or older
