They keep you informed and are always prompt and on time with their projections. The teams work together and communicate well with each other. We are extremely happy with our new windows and double doors!! The contractors do great work and leave the work areas clean when they’re done for the day. We replaced all the windows in our house. From the minute Frank, our sales guy, visited for the initial estimate, I was comfortable with the company. I felt the price was fair, including discounts for cash, veteran, and window replacement options. He explained everything clearly with a friendly, "kitchen table" manner. The windows were ordered and about 6 weeks later we scheduled the install. Kyle expertly guided his team and the work was completed in ONE day! Greg did the window removal and replacement and Martin Oviedo consulted on some structural work which was expertly completed by Pablo. At the end of the day, everything was finished and cleaned up. One latch was too tight and required a minor adjustment and one screen needed to be repaired which Horacio completed the following day. I was dreading the drama of this replacement but the folks at Southwest Exteriors made it reasonable, painless, affordable, and they did it with smiles and a can-do attitude. We couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks to everyone (including Lindsi in the office).

The way he dealt with the very un-square space he had to place the new window into was just fascinating to watch. Many kudos to him for doing such a wonderful job. We used Southwest Exteriors to replace all of our siding several years ago. They did outstanding work. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. When we had some problems with the siding and water drainage, Southwest came out immediately, assessed the damage, and then did all the repairs/replacement at no cost to us. And, they did it immediately. We were never moved to the back of the line just because we were 'warranty work' like some companies do. Bottom line from our siding experience with Southwest: we TRUST them. So when it came time to replace our windows, we went with Southwest Exteriors again. We got alternate bids, but Southwest came in pretty close, and we knew they stood behind their work. Because of COVID craziness, it took a long (long) time for our windows to arrive, but this was no fault of Southwest. The supplier had major challenges dealing with COVID changes to their operations. But Southwest stayed in touch with us to let us know the status of the windows. Installation went very well (super nice installers). Overall, if you are looking for window replacement and/or siding replacement, you will be very happy with Southwest Exteriors.

Lifetime Guarantee from a Southwest Exteriors installment of Anderson Replacement windows from 2011 was still honored by Southwest Exteriors in 2024. A caulk damage was repaired by Josh Clapp and Clint, thoroughly inspected and re-caulked. The two representatives were professional, easy to work with, very thorough, and very good at what they do. Their manager Garrett was an additional solid employee who reviewed the work and offered improvements as well. This is a company who stands behind their work and their word.

I got a quote from several other companies that wanted to charge me triple for the same windows and same service. Southwest Exteriors were very professional and kept in contact with me at every stage of the process. Lindsi in the office let me know when my windows were ordered, received, and confirmed my appointment the day before my install. Today Albert and Alex called me when they were on the way and when they got here. They worked seamlessly together in tandem. They were fast, efficient, and hard working. I was extremely impressed that it only took them a few hours to replace 9 VERY OLD windows! Once the windows were installed, I could immediately tell the difference in the temperature in my house! Best Warranty Coverage May 16, 2024

Southwest Exteriors replaced all my windows for my house. From my initial meeting with Frank Coffland through installation and follow-up calls to ensure I was 100% satisfied, was all professional and well organized. I had multiple bids on my project. They were not the cheapest, but the company I felt most comfortable with and also they had the best warranty. On the warranty, all the other companies I received bids from claim a lifetime warranty on the windows. However, when I looked at their fine print, that was just for the parts and not labor, which is the most expensive part. Southwest covers 100% parts AND labor.
