Very happy to have chosen Southwest Exteriors to replace my very old, worn-out single-paned drafty front window. Cesar did an exceptional job installing it. The way he dealt with the very un-square space he had to place the new window into was just fascinating to watch. My older home, that I purchased just 5 years ago, had obviously settled/shifted over the years. He absolutely displayed his expertise through years of experience on how to tackle it. Many kudos to him for doing such a wonderful job. It was a pleasure interacting with Chris McKaye who came for the initial consultation about the job and also Josh Clapp who came after completion to inspect the window post-installation to make sure it met their standards and went over the lifetime warranty details. Overall excellent experience and now I’m enjoying a beautiful double-paned, insulated window that’ll lower my heating/cooling cost. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

We used Southwest Exteriors to replace all of our siding several years ago. They did outstanding work. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. When we had some problems with the siding and water drainage, Southwest came out immediately, assessed the damage, and then did all the repairs/replacement at no cost to us. And, they did it immediately. We were never moved to the back of the line just because we were 'warranty work' like some companies do. Bottom line from our siding experience with Southwest: we TRUST them. So when it came time to replace our windows, we went with Southwest Exteriors again. We got alternate bids, but Southwest came in pretty close, and we knew they stood behind their work. Because of COVID craziness, it took a long (long) time for our windows to arrive, but this was no fault of Southwest. The supplier had major challenges dealing with COVID changes to their operations. But Southwest stayed in touch with us to let us know the status of the windows. Installation went very well (super nice installers). Overall, if you are looking for window replacement and/or siding replacement, you will be very happy with Southwest Exteriors.

I got a quote from several other companies that wanted to charge me triple for the same windows and same service. Southwest Exteriors were very professional and kept in contact with me at every stage of the process. Lindsi in the office let me know when my windows were ordered, received, and confirmed my appointment the day before my install. Today Albert and Alex called me when they were on the way and when they got here. They worked seamlessly together in tandem. They were fast, efficient, and hard working. I was extremely impressed that it only took them a few hours to replace 9 VERY OLD windows! Once the windows were installed, I could immediately tell the difference in the temperature in my house! I've never enjoyed dealing with remodelers. My wife and I have exceedingly high standards, and we do not accept less than perfect work when it comes to our home (these projects are expensive)! Southwest Exteriors was a breath of fresh air. When this company says they truly value customer service, they mean it. Every part of the process was transparent, quick, and thorough from estimating to completion. I was pretty picky with the details, but they answered each question/request respectfully and made my old home look brand new. Thank you Frank, Wes, and Gilbert! UPDATE 2023: our 1970s windows needed replacement, I called Andersen first (waste of time, way too expensive), then reached out to Southwest Exteriors and am so thankful I did. Frank came up with some really neat solutions that helped us save a couple grand, Kyler and his team were expert installers, and Josh finished up the final details to make sure the windows opened/closed properly. This company has only gotten better over the past four years.

Very impressed with their service and professionalism. We had all of our windows replaced in August. They did the job in about eight hours. Came a couple of days later to check on the work done. Recently one of our windows wasn’t staying up. Notified them and they came in two days and replaced the counterweight in the sash. Window fixed! No charge for service or for parts. Josh Clapp did it in less than 10 minutes. Thank you all so much!
