By day, I’m a calendar-wielding, tab-juggling, task-tackling adult. By night, I wind down with a cat by my side, a crochet hook in hand, and a book I swear I’ll only read one more chapter of. I balance life with feel-good home workouts, a growing collection of houseplants (yes, they have names), and a belief that squats and good stories can fix almost anything.
